Interview with Me!

This month our church wrote an article about me in our monthly newsletter. It was an interview format. I thought I would post it here, just in case you want to know more about me...if you don't....now would be a good time to stop reading.

Interview with Ann Harrington

Q. What ministries are you over & what do you want people to know about them?
A. Missions and Adult Education: First, if you want to connect and feel a part of CW you need to get into an ABF or small group. Second, as a Christian, missions is not an option but a part of our calling to share Christ with the world and we have a place for you to do that in our mission ministry.

Q. What’s a favorite memory since being in ministry?
A. Standing on a hill in India sharing the gospel with a village that had never heard of Jesus and had never even had a white person visit them before that day.

Q. How have you seen God at work recently?
A. I have been watching God give people visions of personal ministry and them stepping out and following where God is leading.

Q. What excites you about your ministry?
A. Seeing people get a heart for reaching the lost around the world and being able to open the scripture and make it come alive for people.

Q. What’s your favorite food?
A. Anything Mexican, Chinese or Seafood

Q. If someone was going to take you to dinner where would you want to go?
A. Red Lobster (and by the way Ann’s birthday is August 26!!)

Q. What is God teaching you right now?
A. His timing…which seems incredibly slow until He opens the right doors and then it seems way too fast and scary. Trying to see His plan with human eyes…always a challenge.

Q. What’s your favorite book?
A. I have a bunch of favorite books…so to pick one…I’d have to say A Tale of Three Kings by Gene Edward or The Sacred Romance by John Eldridge. (Ann can’t pick just one!)

Q. How does God show Himself to you in your daily life?
A. I walk, see, breath, hear, touch and laugh . . . . . each of these things shows me God every second. . . . . if I’m paying attention!
